What is the JWC?
The Junior Women’s Club of Fairfield was formed in 1965 to promote
educational, philanthropic community service work and to provide
members with the opportunity for personal enrichment, leadership
experience and social interaction.
Past Community Service Projects Have Included:
"Women are the Workforce of Tomorrow" was the theme of this community
event which included an expert panel discussion and an array of business
vendors and guests looking for support and encouragement on how to be
competitive in a difficult business environment.
Annual “A Visit to Santa’s House” - Proceeds from this event go to our
partner charity (which we select as a club each year)
Halloween on the Green
Town Spelling Bee - 1st and 2nd place Fairfield 5th graders participate in
Connecticut State Spelling Bee
